Digital Specialist

As a Digital Specialist, you will strategize, implement, and monitor everything from PPC campaigns to web, app, and other digital development projects. The ideal team member will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns for clients across a variety of industries on Google, Bing, and other ad networks
  • Analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Track, report, and provide analysis on all performance metrics for paid marketing campaigns, this includes internal and external/competitor strategy analysis
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance to internal team members and clients, as needed
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis of paid search performance
  • Keep up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research tools and industry research

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • 1-2 years of PPC management experience
  • Google Ads (AdWords) certification are a plus
  • Expertise with Google Analytic

PR Assistant Account Executive

The Point Group is currently looking for an entry-level Public Relations Assistant Account Executive with up to two years’ experience in public relations or journalism. Strong writing and media relations skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as client-facing contact on multiple clients across industries including, but not limited to, financial services, technology, senior living and healthcare
  • Participate in media relations strategy development
  • Assist in executing plans, coordinating interviews, and reporting campaign results/measurements
  • Secure media coverage for clients within industry trade outlets, local print and online media sources, as well as broadcast television and radio
  • Build, update and maintain media lists and reporter contacts
  • Write compelling content for media pitches, press releases, bylined guest articles, paid media advertorials, clear client correspondence and reports
  • Collaborate with internal PR, digital, creative and account service teams
  • Maintain familiarity with current events in clients’ industries, presenting news or ideas to account leads when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, or similar
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Understanding of AP style, social media and/or blog content experience – highly preferred
  • Creative, strategic thinker who understands how to leverage content across different communication channels
  • Research skills to identify appropriate media targets, pitch opportunities, content trends, and brand opportunities
  • Team player who is willing to learn

Assistant Account Executive

The Point Group is currently looking for an entry-level Assistant Account Executive with up to two internships in marketing on the client side or the agency side. Strong professional presence and business acumen required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as client-facing contact on multiple clients across industries including, but not limited to, financial services, technology, senior living and healthcare
  • Participate in marketing strategy development
  • Assist in executing plans, coordinating project timelines, and reporting campaign results/measurements
  • Coordinate with creative team, ensure alignment with the brand, manage deadlines and budgets, liaison with the client
  • Build, update and maintain weekly marketing status reports, monthly analytics, quarterly destination reports
  • Collaborate with internal PR, digital, creative and account service teams
  • Maintain familiarity with current client industries and competition, presenting new ideas to account management based on competitive assessment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Mandatory Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Creative, strategic thinker who understands how to leverage content across different communication channels
  • A plus in skillset – Hootsuite, Canva, Video editing
  • Team player who is willing to learn
