The Senior Account Service Executive plays a crucial role in advancing clients’ business development by promoting impactful marketing strategies and applying comprehensive marketing expertise. This role entails overseeing a substantial segment of business, aligning with both the client and The Point Group’s strategies.
Responsibilities include cultivating enduring client relationships, ensuring elevated client satisfaction, and delivering profitable outcomes. Create growth opportunities within client relationships by enhancing the expectations of exceptional service.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service role in an agency with a focus on relationship/marketing.
- Proven ability to cultivate enduring and robust client relationships over the long term.
- Experienced people manager with a track record of demonstrating strong mentoring abilities.
- Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Marketing or Advertising.
- Established track record as a self-starter driven by a strong desire for success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Comprehensive understanding of direct-to-consumer channels and the current marketplace.
- Capable of creating effective and long-lasting relationships.
- Quick-thinking and decisive in action.
- Able to manage and motivate others.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Having a proven track record as a self-starter with a strong desire to be successful.
- Serving as a trusted business partner for clients and department leads, offering valuable business counsel on various Relationship Marketing (RM)-related topics.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of clients’ businesses, brands, customers, and competitive landscapes to contribute to the development of effective solutions aligned with clients’ business needs, and project goals.
- Tracking all client revenue, coordinates budgeting and forecasting for client-related projects, and manages internal costs for on-budget delivery.
- Demonstrating visibility, involvement, availability, and collaboration with both internal and external client teams.
- Maintaining constant pulse on the state of the relationship and account well-being, taking a proactive approach to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Building relationships with each TPG department to support the completion of client projects.
- Collaborating closely with each department within The Point Groups involved in assigned client accounts, serving as a liaison between the client and TPG for feedback on execution.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, becoming an integral team member.
- Assuming ownership of the scope brief, overseeing all elements of the briefing process to ensure flawless execution.
- Enhancing the quality and effectiveness of products and actively participates in implementing activities on client accounts facilitated by the client lead.
- Attending and contributing to client briefs, presentations, and research as necessary, keeping the manager informed of key decisions and progress on assigned accounts.
- Identifying opportunities for incremental revenue and account growth, actively supporting the team in selling additional fees and work beyond the current scope.
- Sharing responsibility for ensuring that TPG produces client work with the highest quality, on time, and within budget.
- Taking an active role in developing direct reports (if applicable), providing mentorship, fostering a positive work environment, and assisting in performance reviews.
