12.01.06 | TRANSFIRST Names Sheridan as Vice President, Financial Institution Sales

Financial Institutions Insider Will Help Grow & Lead Division

DALLAS (December 1, 2006) — TRANSFIRST, a leading provider of transaction processing services and payment enabling technologies, announced that Thomas Sheridan has been named vice president, Financial Institution Sales. In this role, Sheridan will establish new relationships with financial institutions and manage programs to provide these financial institutions with dedicated sales and resources for their merchant services offerings.

Prior to joining the Financial Institution Services division of TRANSFIRST, Sheridan was vice president, domestic bank sales, for First Data Corporation. He has also served in financial institution sales and management roles with Hypercom Corporation, CES-Card Establishment Services and Citicorp Establishment Services. Sheridan also acted as a speaker for various bankers associations and Treasury Management Association regional meetings.

Sheridan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and an MBA. In his spare time, he volunteers and participates in community activities.
